Description

Nicip ASP Tablet is a combination medicine that generally contains Nimesulide, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. It is mainly prescribed for the management of pain, inflammation, and fever.

Uses:

• Provides relief from mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, back pain, and muscle pain.

• Reduces inflammation and swelling in conditions like arthritis, sprains, and injuries.

• Helps in post-operative pain management.

• Lowers fever by controlling body temperature.

• Serratiopeptidase in the combination helps reduce swelling, promotes faster healing of tissues, and improves recovery after injuries or surgery.

Side Effects:

• Common: Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, heartburn, dizziness, and loss of appetite.

• Serious (but rare): Stomach ulcers, liver damage, kidney problems, skin rashes, or allergic reactions.

• May increase risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if used for a long time.

• Prolonged or excessive use can affect liver and kidney functions.
