Pregabanyl NT Tablet is a combination medicine that contains Pregabalin (an anticonvulsant and nerve pain reliever) and Nortriptyline (a tricyclic antidepressant). Together, they are used to manage chronic nerve-related pain and certain neurological conditions by calming overactive nerves and modifying pain signals in the brain.

Uses:

• Treatment of neuropathic pain caused by conditions like diabetes (diabetic neuropathy), shingles (post-herpetic neuralgia), or spinal cord injury

• Relief from nerve pain associated with fibromyalgia and chronic musculoskeletal pain

• Management of pain linked with nerve damage due to trauma or surgery

• May be used in patients with chronic anxiety disorders and sleep disturbances linked with nerve pain (as prescribed by a doctor)

• Helps improve sleep quality and overall daily functioning in patients suffering from long-term nerve pain

Side Effects:
Pregabanyl NT is effective but may cause some side effects:

• Common: Dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, weight gain, and tiredness

• Occasional: Confusion, difficulty concentrating, increased appetite, swelling in hands or feet

• Rare but serious: Mood changes, irregular heartbeat, difficulty urinating, allergic reactions like rash or swelling
