Powerflam MR tablet is a combination medicine generally used to relieve muscle pain, stiffness, swelling, and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal conditions. It contains Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Chlorzoxazone. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by blocking certain chemical messengers in the body. Paracetamol works as an analgesic and antipyretic, providing pain relief and reducing fever. Chlorzoxazone acts as a muscle relaxant, helping to ease muscle spasms and improve mobility.
