Tranefit 500 15ml contains Tranexamic Acid, an antifibrinolytic medicine used to control or prevent excessive bleeding. It works by preventing the breakdown of blood clots, thus helping to reduce blood loss. It is commonly prescribed for heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia), bleeding after surgery, dental procedures in patients with bleeding disorders, nosebleeds, and bleeding caused by trauma. It may also be used in certain conditions with abnormal blood clot breakdown, such as hereditary angioedema or postpartum hemorrhage, as advised by a doctor.

Side Effects of Tranefit 500 15ml
Most side effects are mild and temporary. Commonly reported effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, and headache. Some people may experience dizziness, fatigue, muscle pain, or nasal congestion. Rare but serious side effects can include vision changes, allergic skin reactions, swelling of the face or throat, chest pain, or signs of a blood clot such as sudden leg swelling or difficulty breathing. Prolonged or high-dose use should be done under medical supervision, especially in people with a history of blood clots, kidney problems, or seizures.
