Uses of Acecloflam MR Tablet

Acecloflam MR is a combination medicine that usually contains Aceclofenac (a pain reliever), Paracetamol (an analgesic/antipyretic), and Chlorzoxazone (a muscle relaxant).
It is mainly prescribed for:

• Relief from musculoskeletal pain (muscle pain, back pain, neck pain).

• Joint pain due to arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and spondylitis.

• Muscle spasms and stiffness.

• Pain and inflammation after injury, sprain, or strain.

• Headache, dental pain, or postoperative pain (if recommended by the doctor).

Side Effects of Acecloflam MR Tablet

Most side effects are mild and temporary, but some may require medical attention.
Common side effects:

• Nausea, vomiting, or stomach discomfort

• Diarrhea or constipation

• Drowsiness or dizziness

• Dry mouth

• Headache

• Fatigue

Serious (less common) side effects:

• Gastric irritation, ulcers, or bleeding

• Liver or kidney issues (rare, but possible with long-term/high dose use)

• Allergic reaction (rash, itching, swelling, breathing difficulty)
