Acecloflam-P is a combination medicine that usually contains Aceclofenac (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug – NSAID) and Paracetamol (an analgesic and antipyretic). It is mainly used for:

• Relief from pain and inflammation in conditions like arthritis, spondylitis, and muscle pain.

• Joint pain, back pain, and sprains.

• Headache, toothache, ear pain, and post-surgical pain.

• Fever reduction when associated with pain or body aches.

Side Effects of Acecloflam-P Tablet

Like any medicine, it may cause some side effects, especially if taken in higher doses or for a long duration. Common side effects include:

• Stomach pain, indigestion, nausea, or vomiting

• Diarrhea or constipation

• Dizziness, headache, or drowsiness

• Skin rashes or itching (allergic reaction)
