Description

Acimol-SP Tablet is a combination medicine that contains Aceclofenac (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug – NSAID), Paracetamol (analgesic and antipyretic), and Serratiopeptidase (an enzyme with anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling properties). It is prescribed to relieve pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with various acute and chronic conditions.

• Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins.

• Paracetamol enhances pain relief and helps reduce fever.

• Serratiopeptidase promotes faster healing by reducing swelling and breaking down inflammatory proteins.

Uses:

• Relief from pain, swelling, and stiffness in arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis

• Post-operative pain and swelling management

• Pain due to dental procedures, injuries, or trauma

• Treatment of musculoskeletal pain, sprains, and sports injuries

• Management of ENT-related inflammation and swelling

Side Effects:
Acimol-SP may cause:

• Common: Nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, indigestion, diarrhea

• Occasional: Dizziness, headache, mild skin rash

• Rare but serious: Liver problems, gastrointestinal bleeding, allergic reactions, swelling of the face or throat

Precautions:
Take after food to avoid stomach irritation. Avoid alcohol. Not recommended in patients with severe liver, kidney, heart, or bleeding disorders. Use only under medical supervision.
