Uses of Acimol Tablet
Acimol Tablet is generally used for the management of pain and fever. It typically contains Paracetamol (Acetaminophen), which works as an analgesic and antipyretic. It is prescribed to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, muscle pain, joint pain, backache, menstrual cramps, and pain from injuries. It is also effective in reducing fever caused by infections or other conditions.
Side Effects of Acimol Tablet
When taken in the recommended dose, side effects are uncommon. Possible side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, and allergic skin reactions such as rash or itching. Rarely, serious allergic reactions like swelling of the face or throat and difficulty breathing may occur. Very high doses or prolonged use can cause liver damage, which may present as yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, and persistent abdominal pain. Individuals with liver disease, chronic alcohol use, or those taking other medicines containing paracetamol should use it only under medical supervision.
