Description

Aciwin-SP Tablet (Blue) is a combination medicine widely used for the treatment of pain and inflammation. It contains Aceclofenac (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug – NSAID), Paracetamol (an analgesic and antipyretic), and Serratiopeptidase (an enzyme with anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous action). Together, these ingredients provide relief from pain, fever, swelling, and stiffness in different medical conditions.

• Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by blocking prostaglandins, the chemicals responsible for swelling and pain.

• Paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever.

• Serratiopeptidase helps reduce swelling and improves healing by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation.

Uses:

• Relief of pain and swelling in musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis

• Treatment of pain due to sports injuries, sprains, or trauma

• Post-surgical or post-dental procedure pain and inflammation

• Management of back pain, joint stiffness, and muscle pain

• Supportive therapy for ENT infections with swelling and inflammation

Side Effects:

• Common: Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, heartburn

• Occasional: Dizziness, headache, indigestion, mild rash

• Rare but serious: Liver damage, gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, severe allergic reactions, swelling of face/lips/throat

Precautions:
Take after meals to reduce stomach irritation. Avoid alcohol. Not suitable for patients with severe liver, kidney, or heart problems. Always use under medical supervision.
