Description

Aciwin SP Tablet (Silver) is a combination medicine that generally contains Aceclofenac (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug – NSAID), Paracetamol (analgesic and antipyretic), and Serratiopeptidase (an anti-inflammatory enzyme). Together, these components provide effective relief from pain, inflammation, and swelling in various conditions.

• Aceclofenac works by blocking chemicals responsible for pain and swelling.

• Paracetamol helps reduce fever and enhances pain relief.

• Serratiopeptidase reduces swelling, promotes healing, and improves recovery in inflammatory conditions.

Uses:

• Relief of pain and swelling in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis

• Management of post-operative pain and inflammation

• Treatment of musculoskeletal pain such as sprains, strains, and sports injuries

• Relief in dental pain, ear-nose-throat (ENT) infections, or trauma-related pain

• Reducing swelling and promoting faster recovery after injuries or surgical procedures

Side Effects:
Aciwin SP may cause:

• Common: Stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, diarrhea

• Occasional: Dizziness, headache, mild rash, or drowsiness

• Rare but serious: Liver damage (with excessive use), gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, severe allergic reaction, facial swelling, or breathing difficulty

Precautions:
Take after meals to reduce stomach irritation. Avoid alcohol and other liver-harming drugs. Not suitable for patients with severe liver, kidney, heart, or bleeding disorders. Use only under medical advice.
