Alrgee-120 Tablet contains Fexofenadine, a non-sedating antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergic conditions. It is effective in treating seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) with symptoms like sneezing, runny or itchy nose, watery eyes, and throat irritation. It is also used to manage chronic idiopathic urticaria (long-lasting hives) by reducing redness, swelling, and itching of the skin. The medicine works by blocking histamine, a chemical responsible for allergic symptoms, without usually causing drowsiness.

Side Effects of Alrgee-120 Tablet
When taken in prescribed doses, side effects are generally mild. Possible side effects include headache, dizziness, nausea, dry mouth, and tiredness. Some individuals may experience stomach discomfort, back pain, or cough. Rarely, allergic reactions such as rash, swelling of the face or throat, and difficulty breathing may occur. In very uncommon cases, palpitations or fast heartbeat can be seen. It is advisable to avoid taking it with fruit juices like grapefruit or orange juice, as they can reduce its effectiveness. If severe or persistent side effects occur, medical attention should be sought promptly.
