Description
ALRGEE-M Tablet is a combination medicine containing Montelukast and Levocetirizine. It is mainly used to manage allergic conditions and respiratory issues.
Uses:
Relief from seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, itching)
Management of chronic urticaria (skin hives, itching)
Prevention of asthma symptoms triggered by allergens
Reduction of inflammation and allergic reactions in the airways
Support in controlling symptoms of bronchospasm and exercise-induced breathing problems
Side Effects (usually mild and temporary):
Common: Drowsiness, headache, abdominal pain, nausea, dry mouth, fatigue
Less common: Dizziness, diarrhea, muscle pain, sore throat
Rare but serious: Mood changes, agitation, hallucinations, or severe allergic reactions
In some cases, may cause increased liver enzymes (with long-term use)
It should be taken exactly as prescribed, usually once daily in the evening, with or without food. Alcohol and other sedating medicines should be avoided to reduce excessive drowsiness. People with liver or kidney problems, psychiatric history, or severe allergies should inform their doctor before use. Overdose or misuse may increase the risk of serious side effects.
