In patients with coronary artery disease, Amlip 5 improves exercise tolerance and reduces the frequency of angina episodes.

Side Effects:
Common side effects include swelling of ankles or feet (edema), dizziness, flushing, and headache, especially when starting treatment. Some people may feel tired, nauseous, or experience palpitations. In rare cases, serious side effects like low blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, or liver dysfunction can occur. Allergic reactions such as rash, itching, or breathing difficulty are also uncommon but require immediate medical attention.
