Uses of Bilaford-M Tablet
Bilaford-M Tablet is a combination medicine that typically contains Bilastine (an antihistamine) and Montelukast (a leukotriene receptor antagonist). It is used to treat and prevent allergic conditions such as seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and perennial allergic rhinitis. It helps relieve symptoms like sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy or watery eyes, and throat irritation. It is also effective in managing chronic urticaria (hives) and in preventing asthma symptoms triggered by allergens by reducing airway inflammation and constriction.

Side Effects of Bilaford-M Tablet
When taken in prescribed doses, most side effects are mild and temporary. Common side effects include headache, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, abdominal pain, nausea, and diarrhoea. Some individuals may experience dry mouth, skin rash, or muscle pain. Rarely, mood changes, sleep disturbances, or allergic reactions such as swelling and difficulty breathing may occur. Montelukast-containing medicines have been rarely associated with changes in mood or behaviour, so any unusual psychological symptoms should be reported to a doctor immediately
