CEROXITAM 500 Tablet by Intas contains Cefuroxime Axetil, a second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting the growth of bacteria and stopping the spread of infection. It is not effective against viral infections like colds or flu.

Uses:

• Respiratory tract infections (like bronchitis, pneumonia)

• Throat and tonsil infections

• Ear infections (otitis media)

• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

• Skin and soft tissue infections

• Gonorrhea and other sexually transmitted infections

Side Effects:

While generally well tolerated, some people may experience:
