D.D 25 Injection contains Nandrolone Decanoate 25 mg, an anabolic steroid used to promote tissue building and treat specific medical conditions. It enhances protein synthesis, improves nitrogen balance, and stimulates red blood cell production, which helps in recovery from severe illness, surgery, or injury. It is commonly prescribed for anemia linked to chronic kidney disease, certain muscle-wasting conditions (cachexia), and sometimes osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
