Dydronol Tablet is generally used in gynecological and hormonal treatments, most likely containing Dydrogesterone (a synthetic form of the hormone progesterone). It is commonly prescribed for:
Menstrual Disorders β Helps regulate irregular, heavy, or painful periods and manage premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
Infertility β Supports implantation and pregnancy in women with low progesterone levels.
Endometriosis β Relieves pain and reduces abnormal growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterus.
Recurrent Miscarriage β Helps maintain early pregnancy in women with progesterone deficiency.
