Uses:
Dydronol Tablet is generally used in gynecological and hormonal treatments, most likely containing Dydrogesterone (a synthetic form of the hormone progesterone). It is commonly prescribed for:

• Menstrual Disorders – Helps regulate irregular, heavy, or painful periods and manage premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

• Infertility – Supports implantation and pregnancy in women with low progesterone levels.

• Endometriosis – Relieves pain and reduces abnormal growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterus.

• Recurrent Miscarriage – Helps maintain early pregnancy in women with progesterone deficiency.

• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) – Used along with estrogen in menopausal women to maintain hormonal balance and reduce risks of uterine problems.

Side Effects:
Most side effects are mild and temporary. These may include:
