It contains Ferrous Ascorbate (iron supplement) and Folic Acid (vitamin B9), which help in the production of healthy red blood cells and hemoglobin. This improves oxygen transport in the body, reducing symptoms like fatigue, weakness, and pale skin. It is often recommended for pregnant and lactating women, people with poor dietary iron intake, or those recovering from chronic illness or blood loss.

Side Effects:
Most people tolerate Ferodoc-XT well, but some may experience mild side effects such as:

• Nausea or vomiting

• Constipation or diarrhea

• Abdominal discomfort or cramps

• Dark-colored stools

• Metallic taste in the mouth
