Freelex Tablet is a laxative medicine primarily used to relieve constipation and regulate bowel movements. It usually contains Sodium Picosulfate, a stimulant laxative that works by increasing intestinal movement, thereby softening stool and making it easier to pass. Freelex helps restore normal bowel function in patients suffering from occasional or chronic constipation.
