Description
GABADON M Tablet is a combination medicine that contains Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12). It is mainly prescribed for the management of neuropathic pain, which is pain caused due to nerve damage. This may occur in conditions such as diabetes (diabetic neuropathy), shingles (post-herpetic neuralgia), or spinal cord injuries. Gabapentin works on the nerves in the brain to reduce abnormal activity and calm pain signals, while Methylcobalamin helps regenerate damaged nerves, improve nerve function, and support overall neurological health.
