Description

Leezole-3 Kit is a combination pack used mainly for the treatment of mixed vaginal infections. It generally contains Fluconazole (antifungal), Azithromycin (antibiotic), and Secnidazole (antiprotozoal/antibacterial). This combination targets fungal, bacterial, and certain parasitic organisms, ensuring broad-spectrum coverage in vaginal and some pelvic infections.

• Fluconazole works by inhibiting fungal growth, especially Candida species.

• Azithromycin stops bacterial protein synthesis, treating susceptible bacterial infections.

• Secnidazole kills protozoa and anaerobic bacteria by damaging their DNA.

Uses:

• Treatment of mixed vaginal infections caused by fungi, bacteria, and protozoa

• Management of bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, and vaginal candidiasis

• Useful in pelvic inflammatory infections as part of combination therapy

• Relief from symptoms such as vaginal discharge, itching, foul smell, and discomfort

• Prevention of recurrence when multiple pathogens are involved

Side Effects:
Leezole-3 Kit may cause:

• Common: Nausea, vomiting, mild stomach pain, headache, dizziness, metallic taste

• Occasional: Diarrhea, fatigue, skin rash, loss of appetite

• Rare but serious: Severe allergic reaction, jaundice, irregular heartbeat, vision changes

Precautions:
Take exactly as prescribed. Avoid alcohol during and at least 72 hours after taking Secnidazole to prevent severe reactions. Not recommended in pregnancy unless advised by a doctor. Report any persistent side effects promptly.
