LMX 250 Capsule contains Levofloxacin 250 mg, a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections. It is commonly prescribed for respiratory tract infections (like bronchitis and pneumonia), urinary tract infections (UTIs), skin infections, sinusitis, and certain types of gastrointestinal infections. Levofloxacin works by inhibiting bacterial DNA replication, thus stopping the growth and spread of bacteria. It is effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Doctors may also use it in cases of severe infections where other antibiotics are less effective.

Side Effects:
Common side effects of LMX 250 include nausea, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, and trouble sleeping. Some people may experience abdominal pain or a bad taste in the mouth.
