Description

MedicYes Parasync-500 Tablet contains Paracetamol 500 mg, a widely used analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the production of prostaglandins in the brain, which are responsible for causing pain, inflammation, and fever.

Uses:

• Relief from mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, muscle pain, backache, and joint pain

• Reduction of fever caused by infections like cold, flu, or other illnesses

• Symptomatic relief in conditions like sore throat, body ache, or post-vaccination fever

• Supportive management of pain and fever in viral or bacterial infections

Side Effects:
Paracetamol is generally well tolerated when used as directed. However, excessive or prolonged use can cause side effects, such as:

• Common (rarely noticeable): Nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort

• Allergic reactions: Skin rash, itching, swelling of face or throat (rare)

• Serious (usually in overdose cases): Liver damage, yellowing of eyes/skin (jaundice), dark urine

• Very rare: Low blood cell count, kidney problems

To avoid side effects, do not exceed the recommended dose and maintain at least a 4–6 hour gap between doses. Long-term or high-dose use should only be under medical supervision.
