Description

MT-Yes 4 Tablet is a medical termination kit that contains Misoprostol and sometimes Mifepristone (depending on formulation). It is primarily used for medical abortion in early pregnancy (usually up to 9 weeks, as per medical guidance). These medicines work by blocking the effects of progesterone, a hormone necessary for pregnancy maintenance, and by causing uterine contractions to expel the pregnancy tissue.

Uses:

• Medical termination of early intrauterine pregnancy

• Management of missed or incomplete abortion (to remove retained products of conception)

• Induction of labor in some cases (under hospital supervision)

• Treatment and prevention of postpartum hemorrhage (with Misoprostol, as prescribed)

Side Effects:
MT-Yes 4 Tablet can cause both mild and serious side effects, which require careful monitoring:

• Common: Abdominal cramps, heavy vaginal bleeding, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, headache, dizziness

• Occasional: Fever, chills, back pain, loss of appetite

• Rare but serious: Excessive bleeding, severe abdominal pain, incomplete abortion, infection, allergic reaction

Precautions:
This medicine should only be taken under medical supervision. It is not suitable for ectopic pregnancy or women with bleeding disorders, severe anemia, or liver/kidney disease. After use, a follow-up check-up or ultrasound is essential to confirm complete abortion and rule out complications.
