Nicip Plus (by Cipla) is a combination medicine containing Nimesulide and Paracetamol. It is commonly used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions like headache, toothache, muscle pain, back pain, arthritis, or fever.

Uses:

Nicip Plus works by combining two active ingredients. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation and pain by blocking certain chemical messengers. Paracetamol (acetaminophen) helps reduce fever and enhances pain relief. This medicine is prescribed for conditions such as joint pain, menstrual cramps, sprains, and post-operative pain. It offers quick relief and is generally well-tolerated when taken in the correct dosage.

Side Effects:

Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, acidity, and dizziness. In some cases, it may cause liver-related problems, especially with prolonged use or overdose. Rarely, people may experience allergic reactions, skin rashes, or swelling. Long-term or excessive use of Nimesulide may lead to gastric ulcers, liver damage, or kidney issues.
