Omefol-D Capsule is a combination medicine that typically contains Omeprazole (a proton pump inhibitor) and Domperidone (a prokinetic agent). It is used to manage acidity-related problems, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and nausea or vomiting associated with acid reflux.

• Omeprazole works by reducing the production of stomach acid, providing relief from heartburn, acidity, and ulcer-related symptoms.

• Domperidone helps in faster gastric emptying and prevents nausea, bloating, and vomiting by acting on the brain’s vomiting center and enhancing intestinal movement.

Side Effects:
Omefol-D may cause:
