Description

Rabesec D (Cipla) is a combination medicine that contains Rabeprazole (a proton pump inhibitor) and Domperidone (a prokinetic agent). It is mainly used to treat acid reflux, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), indigestion, heartburn, and nausea or vomiting due to excessive stomach acid.

Uses:

• Treats GERD (acid reflux)

• Reduces stomach acid production

• Helps relieve symptoms like heartburn, bloating, and nausea

• Promotes faster movement of food through the stomach

• Prevents ulcers caused by NSAIDs

Rabeprazole reduces acid production in the stomach, providing relief from acidity and helping in the healing of ulcers. Domperidone increases gut movement, helping prevent nausea, vomiting, and bloating.
