Description
Telkonol H Tablet is a combination medicine used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension). It generally contains Telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker) and Hydrochlorothiazide (a thiazide diuretic). Together, they work to lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of complications like heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
Telmisartan helps relax blood vessels by blocking the effects of angiotensin II, a substance that causes blood vessels to tighten.
Hydrochlorothiazide helps the body eliminate excess salt and water through urine, lowering blood pressure and reducing fluid retention.
