Acimol-MR Tablet is a combination medicine that typically contains Aceclofenac (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug – NSAID), Paracetamol (an analgesic and antipyretic), and Chlorzoxazone (a muscle relaxant). It is used to relieve pain, inflammation, and muscle spasms in various musculoskeletal conditions.

Side Effects:
Acimol-MR may cause:
