Description

Aciwin-SP Gold Tablet is a combination medicine commonly containing Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. It is prescribed for the relief of pain, swelling, and inflammation in various acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This formulation is especially useful where quick recovery and reduction of tissue swelling are required.

• Aceclofenac: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain, redness, and swelling.

• Paracetamol: Works as an analgesic and antipyretic, reducing pain and fever.

• Serratiopeptidase: An enzyme that reduces swelling, improves tissue healing, and enhances the effectiveness of pain relief.

Uses:

• Management of joint pain and swelling in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis

Side Effects:
Aciwin-SP Gold may cause:

• Common: Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, indigestion

• Occasional: Dizziness, headache, mild rash

• Rare but serious: Liver damage, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe allergic reactions, swelling of face or throat

Precautions:
