BILACIP 20 is commonly prescribed for conditions like allergic rhinitis (runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion, itchy or watery eyes) and chronic urticaria (long-term hives or skin rashes).

Uses:

• Allergic rhinitis (seasonal or perennial)

• Chronic idiopathic urticaria (persistent skin rashes or hives)

• Itchy or watery eyes due to allergies

• Sneezing and nasal congestion

• Reducing skin irritation and itching from allergies

Side Effects:

Bilastine is generally well-tolerated with minimal side effects. Common side effects may include:

• Headache

• Drowsiness or fatigue (though less than older antihistamines)

• Abdominal pain

• Dry mouth

• Nausea

Rarely, some people may experience:

• Dizziness

• Increased heart rate

• Allergic reactions like swelling or rash
