Cheston Cold Syrup 60ml is a commonly prescribed over-the-counter medication used to relieve symptoms of the common cold, flu, and allergic rhinitis. It contains a combination of three active ingredients: Chlorpheniramine Maleate (an antihistamine), Phenylephrine (a nasal decongestant), and Paracetamol (a pain reliever and fever reducer).
