Description

Diclogal-SP Tablet is a combination medicine containing Diclofenac Sodium, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. It is mainly used for pain relief, inflammation control, and swelling reduction. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation. Paracetamol works as an analgesic and antipyretic to relieve pain and reduce fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that helps reduce swelling and promotes faster healing of injured tissues.

Uses:

• Joint pain (arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis)

• Muscle pain, back pain, and sprains

• Post-surgical pain and swelling

• Toothache and dental surgery pain

• Sports injuries

• Pain from trauma or fractures

Side Effects:

• Common: Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhea

• Occasional: Dizziness, headache, skin rash, heartburn

• Rare but serious: Stomach ulcers or bleeding, liver damage, kidney problems, severe allergic reactions (swelling, difficulty breathing), jaundice

This medicine should be taken after meals to minimize stomach irritation and only under medical supervision. It is not recommended for people with stomach ulcers, severe liver or kidney disease, heart problems, or NSAID allergy. Long-term use should be avoided to reduce the risk of serious side effects.
