Description

Dicoyes Relief MR Tablet is a combination medicine commonly used to relieve pain, inflammation, and muscle spasms. It typically contains Diclofenac Potassium (a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug – NSAID) and Chlorzoxazone (a muscle relaxant), sometimes with Paracetamol for additional pain relief. It works by reducing pain-causing chemical messengers and relaxing tight muscles, thereby improving mobility and comfort.

Uses:

• Relief from muscle pain, stiffness, and spasms due to sprains, strains, or injuries

• Management of lower back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain

• Pain relief in musculoskeletal disorders like arthritis

• Post-surgical or post-traumatic muscle pain

• Reducing inflammation and swelling associated with joint or muscle issues

Side Effects:

• Common: Dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort

• Gastrointestinal: Acidity, indigestion, diarrhea, or constipation

• Neurological: Headache, fatigue

• Allergic: Skin rash, itching, or swelling (rare)

• Serious but rare: Stomach ulcers, liver function changes, breathing difficulty, chest pain

It should be taken as prescribed, preferably after meals to reduce stomach irritation. Long-term or excessive use may increase the risk of stomach bleeding, kidney damage, or liver problems, especially in patients with pre-existing health conditions. Alcohol should be avoided during treatment.
