Description

Montas-L tablet is a combination of Montelukast and Levocetirizine, commonly used to manage symptoms of allergic rhinitis, hay fever, and asthma. It helps relieve sneezing, runny or blocked nose, watery eyes, nasal congestion, and wheezing caused by allergens like dust, pollen, or animal dander. Montelukast works by blocking leukotrienes (chemicals causing inflammation and allergies), while Levocetirizine is an antihistamine that reduces allergic symptoms.

This tablet is usually taken once daily, preferably in the evening, with or without food. It is not meant for sudden asthma attacks but is effective in long-term management and prevention of symptoms.

Common side effects include:

Less common or serious side effects may include:
