Lokem 200 mg Tablet contains Ofloxacin, an antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria and is effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative organisms. Doctors prescribe it for infections such as urinary tract infections (UTIs), respiratory tract infections (bronchitis, pneumonia), skin and soft tissue infections, sexually transmitted diseases, and certain gastrointestinal infections like traveler’s diarrhea.
