Uses:
Lokem D Eye/Ear Drops are a combination medicine containing Lomefloxacin (an antibiotic) and Dexamethasone (a corticosteroid).

• Eye infections: Used to treat bacterial eye infections such as conjunctivitis, keratitis, and blepharitis.

• Ear infections: Helps manage bacterial ear infections like otitis externa.

• Inflammation control: Reduces swelling, redness, and irritation in the eye or ear caused by infection.

Side Effects:
While generally safe when used as prescribed, possible side effects include:

• Common: Temporary burning, stinging, or itching after application, mild redness, watery eyes, or slight discomfort in the ear.

• Less common: Blurred vision, dryness, unusual taste in the mouth (when used in the eye), or ringing in the ears.
