Oflotas 200mg Tablet contains Ofloxacin, a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections. It is commonly prescribed for infections of the respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin, soft tissues, and gastrointestinal tract, including conditions like bronchitis, pneumonia, cystitis, prostatitis, and traveller’s diarrhea.

Uses:
Oflotas 200mg works by inhibiting bacterial DNA replication, thereby killing the bacteria and preventing their growth. It is effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Doctors often prescribe it for acute bacterial sinusitis, uncomplicated urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted infections like gonorrhea, and some eye or ear infections when formulated accordingly.

Side Effects:
