Description

Uses:

• Treatment of traveler’s diarrhea and gastroenteritis

• Amoebic dysentery and other intestinal infections

• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

• Gynecological infections

• Respiratory tract infections caused by sensitive bacteria

• Infections after surgery or dental procedures (as advised)

Ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, fights bacterial infections, while Ornidazole is effective against protozoa and anaerobic bacteria. Together, they offer a broad spectrum of action against mixed infections.

Side Effects:

• Nausea, vomiting, or abdominal cramps

• Metallic taste in the mouth

• Headache or dizziness

• Fatigue or sleep disturbances

• Skin rash or itching (allergic reaction)

• Rarely, tendonitis or tendon rupture

• Seizures or neuropathy in extreme cases (especially in elderly or long-term use)

• Photosensitivity (increased sensitivity to sunlight)
