Treatment of travelerβs diarrhea and gastroenteritis
Amoebic dysentery and other intestinal infections
Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
Gynecological infections
Respiratory tract infections caused by sensitive bacteria
Infections after surgery or dental procedures (as advised)
Ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, fights bacterial infections, while Ornidazole is effective against protozoa and anaerobic bacteria. Together, they offer a broad spectrum of action against mixed infections.
Side Effects:
Nausea, vomiting, or abdominal cramps
Metallic taste in the mouth
Headache or dizziness
Fatigue or sleep disturbances
Skin rash or itching (allergic reaction)
Rarely, tendonitis or tendon rupture
Seizures or neuropathy in extreme cases (especially in elderly or long-term use)
Photosensitivity (increased sensitivity to sunlight)
