OKACET-L Syrup 30ml by Cipla contains Levocetirizine, an antihistamine used primarily to relieve symptoms of allergic conditions in children and sometimes adults. It helps treat runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, itching, and hives caused by seasonal allergies (like hay fever) or chronic urticaria (hives).
