Description

Omee-D is a combination medicine containing Omeprazole (a proton pump inhibitor) and Domperidone (a prokinetic agent). It is mainly used to treat acid-related stomach problems such as acidity, heartburn, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), indigestion, and gastric ulcers. Domperidone helps move food through the stomach faster, reducing symptoms like bloating and nausea, while Omeprazole lowers stomach acid production to allow healing of the stomach lining.

Common Side Effects:

• Headache

• Dizziness

• Dry mouth

• Nausea or vomiting

• Stomach pain or diarrhea

• Fatigue

• Skin rash (rare)

Serious but Rare Side Effects:

• Irregular heartbeat

• Severe allergic reaction (swelling, breathing difficulty)

• Severe diarrhea with blood/mucus

• Unusual muscle stiffness or tremor
