Pregabel M Tablet is a combination medicine that typically contains Pregabalin and Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12). Uses
Management of neuropathic pain caused by diabetes (diabetic neuropathy) or nerve damage.
Relief from nerve pain due to spinal cord injuries, shingles (post-herpetic neuralgia), or other conditions.
Treatment of peripheral neuropathy, where nerve damage causes tingling, numbness, or burning sensation.
May also be used to improve nerve health in patients with vitamin B12 deficiency-related neuropathy.
Sometimes prescribed for chronic pain associated with fibromyalgia.
Side Effects
Common: Dizziness, sleepiness, fatigue, blurred vision, dry mouth, or weight gain.
Occasional: Swelling of hands or feet, constipation, headache, or difficulty concentrating.

Precautions
